    Returns and refunds:

    • If you wish to return an item please notify me by using the contact form or emailing bridget@bridgetwinterbourne.co.uk within 7 days of receipt

    • No credit will be issued without prior notification

    • A refund or replacement will be issued on receipt if supplier is at fault.

    • Returned items will be refunded shipping costs if supplier is at fault

    • If customer is at fault and supplier agrees to accept the return of any items, such agreement will be conditional on the items being returned to the supplier at the customer’s expense, unused and in first class condition, securely packaged together with written statement of the reason for the return.
